pysolfc-2.6.3.ebuild

Attached ebuild bumps version to latest from upstream source (v2.6.3).

Ebuild contains logic to address shortcoming where if the USE flag "extra-card set" is not selected, no card set is installed. Issue of no minimal card was identified in upstream bug No. 89(https://github.com/shlomif/PySolFC/issues/89). They have taken steps to make a minimal card set available. Both minimal and extra cardsets are not apart of game distribution.

Attached ebuild could close Gentoo bug #671836.

Other bugs (see bugs #585124, #656194, #666670, #670046) could be closed due to age and with updates.

You are correct - not used during build process. Checking this also pointed out that the desktop eclass was missing. Appreciated.

Ebuild file corrected and re-uploaded.
