Bug 682494 – app-emulation/libvirt depends on incompatible net-analyzer/gnu-netcat and net-analyzer/netcat

As already described in #280650 app-emulation/libvirt requires a nc version that supports the '-U' flag. As netcat6 is hard masked now, this is only the case for net-analyzer/openbsd-netcat. However, the ebuilds for libvirt pull either gnu-netcat, netcat, or openbsd-netcat, resulting in a none-working install if the two former ones are pulled instead of openbsd-netcat.
