Out of suriosity are elfutils-0.176 tests failing the same?

elfutils-0.176 passes all tests on ppc. Nice!

Quickly tested the other versions too. Any version >=dev-libs/elfutils-0.173 passes tests on ppc.

Fixed, as 0.173-r1 gone stable on ppc.
