Copying the 2.5.5 ebuild to 2.5.7 and running the "ebuild ... digest" command creates a working 2.5.7 ebuild. I was able to emerge and it appears to be running normally. Perhaps this info will help to get ganglia updated in portage? ganglia-monitor-core-2.5.5 builds fine on amd64 arch. Can someone please add keyword in portage. This package almost seems to be abandoned. Who's the maintainer? I confirm it is working well on amd64 too, I'm using it on two clusters right now. Please add the keyword. Anybody out there? :) arch teams do arch keywording, not us. Donnie: I can't keyword an ebuild that's not yet in the tree ;-) Danny, you need to read comment #2 more carefully .. it's IRT 2.5.5, which is definitely in the tree. Uups ;-) Shame on me... 2.5.5 keyworded... Stable on x86. Version 2.5.7 in the tree. |
