Homepage link "http://www.cfengine.org/" is dead (DNS problem) for more than a month.

found with https://repology.org/repository/gentoo/problems
and verified.

cfengine-3.6.2 is fixed, but 2.2.10-r4, 3.3.9, 3.4.5, 3.5.3 still returns the same problem on stable.
