x11-libs/gdk-pixbuf fails to cross compile due to some broken loaders.cache things going on during compile. 

this has been fixed upstream at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gdk-pixbuf/commit/e191c75683e6e1db639a0e4213a169fdb3a805ea, but a simple backport of this commit won't suffice to solve the initial cross compile issue. 

I tried to identify if there's another commit needed as a dependency, but couldn't find one. So can you please do a revbump to gdk-pixbuf-2.38.1, to allow programs with gtk-gui to be cross compiled properly?
