Why was this assigned to alt? o_O Yes, please bump it. Current version in portage is old (2018), about to be removed (#717670).... fabric is still developped (last release 2.5.0 in last august) https://pypi.org/project/fabric/#history Removed. errr, the old (2.3) fabric was removed in portage because of some weird dependancies (pytest-relaxed). But this ticket was, precisely, about having a more recent fabric ebuild. This is not 'obsolete' at all. I could understand "maintainer requested", but just dropping this ticket seems unfair. I could change it into new package request but I'm not sure if a clean bug wouldn't be better for that. |
