After reemerging sci-libs/arpack-3.5.0 the issue disappeared. Yup. That because arpack was compiled with a version of gfortran with different runtime soname than the one you were trying to compile rw with. libarpack was linked to ligfortran.so.4 provided by gcc7 while you are using gfortran coming with gcc8 that provides libgfortran.so.5. All your packages linked to libgfortran.so.4 need to be rebuild. We had a few of these bugs on the tracker. This may be resolved even harder in the future since I've turned off the "executable" flag in ::gentoo. Keeping igraph updated was going to be too much of a headache. |
