Please stabilize media-libs/glm-0.9.9.2.

It does fail some tests (bug #669638), but it would fix bug #673966. Current stable glm-0.9.8.5-r1 needs a patch (media-libs/glm/files/glm-gcc73.patch) to build on stable gcc-7.3.0-r3 and does not build with gcc-7.4.0. When glm-0.9.8.5-r1 can be ditched as stable in favour of glm-0.9.9.2 this patch would be obsolete.

Please stabilize media-libs/glm-0.9.9.3.
Some test are going to fail :(

Michael Hofmann mentioned in bug #673966 sci-electronics/kicad depends on <=media-libs/glm-0.9.9.2, so perhaps 0.9.9.2 would be a more appropriate stable candidate.
