pyflann provides the python bindings to FLANN, "Fast Library for Approximate Nearest Neighbors" which is not an "artificial neural network library" as stated in DESCRIPTION.
The HOMEPAGE given in the ebuild also doesn't work, it's https://www.cs.ubc.ca/research/flann/ now.
