There's a typo in the french translation of gentoo-howto.xml, in the econf description part. "EXTRA_CONF" should be read "EXTRA_ECONF", as it appears in the english version. This document seems to be outdated anyway, but it might be a good idea to fix it before anyone uses it in the translation of the dev handbook.
Thanks to Eric Seigne for reporting this to me, and shame on me for putting the typo there in the first place :( Diff follows shortly.

The main index does not reference the gentoo-howto.xml anymore.
AFAIK, it has been deprecated in favour of the devrel handbook.

Fixed the typo anyway. Thanks for reporting.
