OrbitalEunuchsSniper crashed after a very short time, until I fixed it using
one of the patches at https://bugzilla.icculus.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1081
Would be create, if Gentoo could install them automatically, until a new
version of OES comes out.

Added the patch to CVS.  No rev bump since oes isn't hot on the radar these days.  Resync and remerge for the patch.
