gdal fails to build with poppler-0.68.0 with +pdf flag.

build log and system info is attached.

Sure you have poppler-0.68 installed?

$ equery l poppler

This built just fine on my system against poppler-0.68.0 (and gcc-8.2.0-r4, for that matter).
