Swayidle [1] is the official idle manager of Sway [2]. It was part of dev-libs/sway and now is a standalone project (see bug #675978). It is compatible with any Wayland compositor which implements the KDE idle protocol.

I'm going to open a PR on Github with the ebuild I've written for Swayidle. I'll also add myself as proxy maintainer.
