Here's an update for the games-misc/fortune-mod-all ebuild, it adds:

+ All new fortune-mod ebuilds, except for the language specific fortune-mod ebuilds

+ Adds 'with the exception of fortune-mod packages for specific languages' to the DESCRIPTION

+ Change the version from -0 to -0.1
