Are you still experiencing problems? Can you please try the latest glibc release? I had the same problem on my computer. I noticed the following string in both mine and your output: make[1]: Warning: File `//usr/include/linux/limits.h' has modification time 5.8e+05 s in the future If you use the date command to change the date of your system to the correct time and date, the problem should be correct.
