This revbump contains a bugfix that is included in the bundled copy of nss within the 60.5ESR versions of firefox and thunderbird, soon to be released.  As Gentoo builds these packages against the system nss we should ensure stable users get this fix as well.

Arches, please stabilize with extreme prejudice.
