libiff-9999.ebuild (New Package) parser library built on top of libiff, for ILBM: IFF Interleaved BitMap format.

Attached you'll find libilbm-9999.ebuild

libilbm is a portable parser library built on top of libiff, for ILBM: IFF Interleaved BitMap format"

There exists the help2man bug which I fixed with MAKEOPTS="-j1" in the ebuild
Please try to find another way to fix help2man bugs there is a similar bug with parallel builds of other ebuilds

I suggest media-libs/libilbm
