What happens if you enable the ssl USE on dev-lang/php? Perhaps we need something like net-misc/curl[!ssl?] as a dependency I have builds with "curl ssl" and they worked. Hmm, builds for me when CURL_SSL="gnutls". Don't have an answer just yet as to what is to blame or the correct fix. I'm about to mask php-7.x which has been EOL for a while. We've had lots of churn in the last 4.5 years, specifically with regards to OpenSSL, e.g. php-8.1 and php-8.2 both support OpenSSL-3.x. If this is still a problem, I think we need to reproduce it with one of those slots first. |
