Description Jeroen Roovers (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2019-01-10 20:31:09 UTC
I am seeing more frequent bug reports coming in about failing external patches. Perhaps it would be useful to display a suggestion to please not file bug reports about those failures. Perhaps using capitals in bold colour. Not that anyone ever reads emerge output until after they have filed the bug report in outrage, but then we can only hope it saves everyone a little time for a little invested time anyway.

If you type the word "bug" before each number, bugzilla will hyperlink them automatically without spamming the related bugs.

Thanks, byt why do you tell me this exactly? It's not like I haven't been here for fifteen years. And bugzilla has never improved much over that time. Why I don't type "bug" before each bug number every single time is because I do not want to be bugzilla's monkey. But all this is entirely beside the point of this bug report.

And I thanked you for it.

I beg your pardon?
