Here is an ebuild for dlcompat.  My ebuilding skills are still young; please review.  This will be needed by OpenOffice.org for macos at the very least.

as of darwin 7/Mac OS 10.3 apple ships with pogmas dlcompat, long term the ebuild would still be useful for ppc-odarwin, but I'm not sure its needed for ppc-macos
