Description Roie Kerstein 2004-10-13 12:37:18 UTC
I emerged today glibc 2.3.4.20041006.
Since then, globespan-adsl ceased working.
Internet connection was terminated.
I tried to reconnect.
On the third phase of connection establishment the script stalls, and even CTRL+C does not help. The ADSL modem did not show that it recieved any signal, and it should show normally.
After degrading back to glibc 2.3.4.20040808-r1 it works again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge glibc globespan-adsl
2.eciconftxt.sh
3.startmodem

Actual Results:
Internet connection is terminated.
Connection script gets stalled.
