emerge output
wine-{staging,any}-9999 uses the latest wine commit and the latest wine staging commit from upstream. The patchset from the latest wine staging commit is not guaranteed to apply on the latest wine commit.
You can try to restrict the wine staging commit used if you want, but this is expected behavior for a 9999 ebuild.
