When i emerge mail-mta/qmail-1.03-r13 or last test version mail-mta/qmail-1.03-r15 it function ok, but the command qmail-users in not present in to /var/qmail/bin/ . The command is present into how-to of qmail (http://www.lifewithqmail.org/lwq.html#qmail-users). It's a bug o is normaly?

qmail-users is not a command!
the command to deal with the users data is:
qmail-newu
