Cannot connect since upstep to gnutls-3.6.5 with "Failed to read fixed header" 

Seems to have been addressed upstream in:

Upstream developer dequis/dx is planning a new release 'soonish'

    x11-plugins/purple-facebook: 0.9.6 version bump
    
    As requested by Gabriel, this adds the recent 0.9.6 release.
    This will address "Failed to read fixed header" as reported
    by Kobboi.
