Thus, the line in RDEPENDS requiring gnome-libs should be wrapped in test for
the gnome USE variable.

In fact, I think that gdk-pixbuf doesn't use gnome-libs at all.  In any event,
I've yanked the gnome-libs DEPEND for the moment.  We'll see what breaks.
