3.31.91-r1 may help with a couple of these tests.
Note that if it mostly works at runtime, then by not actioning the stabling bug despite the test failures you continue to be in a situation where gnome-keyring can't work right at all with current pambase and other modern versions of the underlying platform.

to be clear - I can not reproduce any test failures with 3.31.91-r1, and 3.28.x only had a race issue that sometimes very rarely made me fail a test-der too (and due to it happening very rarely, I can't be sure it does never happen with 3.31.91-r1 anymore for me)

I'm still hitting bug #648626 with =gnome-base/gnome-keyring-3.31.91-r1 on ia64.

tests look to pass for me now with the latest version
