Getting a little bit mixed signals from the log. "Fatal javascript OOM in CALL_AND_RETRY_LAST" This makes me think of Out of Memory, but then there's the signal for illegal instruction... Are you able to continue the build by doing 'ebuild qtwebengine-5.11.1.ebuild compile' (either 'cd' to the directory the ebuild lives in, or use the full path to it)? Does it always fail at the same spot? It always fails at the same exact spot and step ([9105/15706]). If I try to 'ebuild qtwebengine-5.11.1.ebuild compile' it also fails at the same spot but of course it happens as soon as I run the command Still present on 5.11.3, this time on step [9718/15460] I tried qtwebengine 5.12 from overlay a few weeks ago. It compiled correctly but the qt upgrade caused graphical issues so (with a lot of effort) i reverted to qt 5.11. I see qt 5.12 in portage now so i'm tempted to try again. I do not have PaX/Hardened Closing since the versions being talked about here are long gone. Let us know if this is still on-going. Thanks for the report! |
