using USE="kernel-builtin", and patching spl & zfs-kmod into gentoo-sources-4.18.19.

Kernel loads. Unable to test zfs-kmod and spl as a result of this built-in configuration. Builtin required locally because of plain dm-crypted drives which make up the local zraid.

simply copying zfs-0.7.11.ebuild into a local overlay, renaming to zfs-0.7.12.ebuild installs cleanly. Boots appropriately. No errors or bugs found yet.
