sys-apps/portage-mgorny stopped using disjoint /usr/sbin and moved all tools to /usr/bin.  This makes eclean-pkg fail with:

/bin/sh: /usr/sbin/emaint: No such file or directory

(also note lack of error handling)

Please use PATH lookup like normal programs do.

it is only using the command line interface as a backup now.  It is using imported emaint code and running it directly as primary method of fixing the index.
