Appeared problem while updating the system: emerging thunderbird failed at compile phase.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge thunderbird
2. see error messages
Actual Results:  
emerge fails, showing errors, that appeared during compile phase.

Expected Results:  
emerging successfully completes without any errors.

Seems that compilation fails because of the same reason as in https://bugs.gentoo.org/646062

Please also see bug 666948 and check your TERM settings (local system *and* remote distcc host).
