Bug 67020 – nxtvepg version bump

nxtvepg-2.7.3 is out.  This version also supports tuning in tvtime (version 0.9.13, that's the dependency of this bug).

As the 2.7.3-version is only available with a patch, I had to change the ebuild.  See it attached.

I now did just "cp nxtvepg-2.7.0.patch nxtvepg-2.7.3.patch" and it works :-)

There is a newer version out. nxtvepg-2.7.4 
Why are the newer ebuilds not in the portage tree yet? Any specific reason, or has it just been overlooked?

As nothing happened from media-video, I felt free to version-bump this ebuild.  Tested on x86 and ppc, but nxtvepg-2.7.4 is ~arch currently.
