emerge gentoo-dev-sources want to get genpatches-2.6-7.43-base.tar.bz2
this file is not on the AMD64 2004.2 Universal LiveCD. (Actually there is older 2.6-7.38 version of this file on the cd.) This makes a networkless installation impossible.
Work around is to download and put it in /usr/portage/distfiles.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Follow AMD64 installation instructions for stage 3 installation with no network connectivity.
2.emerge gentoo-dev-sources
3.

Actual Results:  
emerge fails and aborts as it tries to get files from a mirror

Expected Results:  
emerge should have used local distfiles but the files is not there

&#304;t is the same for the file "genpatches-2.7-7.43-extras.tar.bz2" which is an
other bug submitted before.
