Issue is preset on all versions of media-libs/fontconfig:

media-libs/fontconfig-2.13.1-r2 is installed atm.

Problem appear in wine on lutris running Windows games that require fontconfig.

GPU: AMD Radeon 7870

Selected major, because it seems to negatively? affect fonts in wine applications. (it seems that wine applications are using same font for everything.)
