Hi,
So today I came across the dependency conflict warning while doing a system upgrade.

(app-text/xmlto-0.0.26-r1:0/0::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) conflicts with
  >=app-text/xmlto-0.0.26-r1[text(+)] required by (x11-misc/xdg-utils-1.1.3-r1:0/0::gentoo, installed)

This was weird to me, but after some digging, it turns out that my app-text/xmlto was installed with the `text` use flag but it was never set on my system. I'm not sure what caused this, but after adding `text` to my package.use for the app-text/xmlto entry, everything was back to normal. Not sure what caused this, but was told to report it anyway.

You have not included enough information to determine if this is a bug or if you are simply misinterpreting the output of the emerge command.

Please provide the full output from the emerge command.
