Reproduction Steps:







The panel encountered a problem while loading "OAFIID:GNOME_MultiLoadApplet".
Details: Failed to resolve, or extend '!prefs_key=/apps/panel/profiles/default/applets/applet_4/prefs;background=none:;orient=down;size=x-small;locked_down=false

Do you want to delete the applet from your configuration?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right Click on an available GNOME panel
2. Left Click the 'Add to Panel' menu item
3. Left Click the 'System Monitor' menu item from the Applet menu list
4. Left Click the 'Add' button of the Applet menu list
Actual Results:  
Actual Results: A dialog is presented with the following text below; and two
available options to deal with the situation via the 'don't delete' and 'delete'
buttons.
