What version of julia do you have installed? (In reply to Andreas Sturmlechner from comment #1) > What version of julia do you have installed? See comment #0: > dev-lang/julia-0.6.3-r1::gentoo was built with the following: > USE="" ABI_X86="(64)" Please try again with 0.7.0 and 1.0.0. (In reply to Andreas Sturmlechner from comment #3) > Please try again with 0.7.0 and 1.0.0. They are both p.masked: # Matthias Maier <tamiko@gentoo.org> (1 Sep 2018) # Mask 0.7.0 and 1.0.0 for the time being until a compatible LLVM version # made it into the tree, bug #665192 ~dev-lang/julia-0.7.0 ~dev-lang/julia-1.0.0 Also, my interpretation of the error message is that ${JULIA_VERSION_STRING} is empty.
But:
$ julia --version
julia version 0.6.3
I.e. the command has non-empty output.
Only >=dev-lang/julia-1.1.0 is in Gentoo ebuild repo, and unmasked. |
