There are compile issues with sci-biology/goby-cpp-2.0.1 under #595154, #597050, #660696 which is supposedly a part of goby-2.0.1 bundle. The last release of the v2 series is 2.3.5. I had a look into this but there are some new deps needed and I am unable to finish this task. If somebody wants to pursue java ebuild using ant and possibly maven, go ahead. I will attach an incomplete ebuild with updated EGIT_REPO_URI, HOMEPAGE, SRC_URI, COMMON_DEPS with added dev-java/fastutil and dev-java/dsiutils (bug #665674) lines.


sci-biology/goby-3.3.1 is again a different story as they shifted to maven and changed URLs to:
