Line 67 of dspam-3.2_beta1.ebuild should read:
 
 agent="/usr/sbin/exim -oMr spam-scanned \$u"

The ommision of \$u causes the following message when Exim 4 pipes to dspam:

Exim is a Mail Transfer Agent. It is normally called by Mail User Agents,
not directly from a shell command line. Options and/or arguments control
what it does when called. For a list of options, see the Exim documentation.

Cool.  I'm glad for this patch since I've not had an exim user till now. :)  I'll patch it in.  Once I've got it in, this bug will be filed as fixed.
