icemc-2.1 does not install /usr/bin/icemc

What a nonsense - actually the file was build.

icemc-2.1.ebuild (correction attempt)

Attached is a new version of the icemc-2.1.ebuild that works on my box (x86).
It is based on version bumping the icemc-1.9.ebuild. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the hint. The fix looks a bit different, though.
