Need to update patches.

The tar-ball is still available via https://packages.debian.org/sid/utils/lomoco (via oldstable) but the upstream is dead. The quick workaround is download it from that debian's mirror.

I have tried to push the patches to the fork at github and created a simple pull request, but nobody replied so far.

So I think it is time to clean this package from the tree.
