Did you try this more than once because the error looks weird to me, like some kind of disk or memory corruption. I was also unable to reproduce it in an x86 chroot with gcc 7.3.0. The build is made on a QEmu instance, I also tried to build it in a chroot on the physical host as well. I am using some hardened flags in the kernel (CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR, CONFIG_SLAB_FREELIST_RANDOM, CONFIG_SLAB_MERGE_DEFAULT, CONFIG_HARDENED_USERCOPY, CONFIG_SLAB_FREELIST_HARDENED, CONFIG_REFCOUNT_FULL), should I share it as well ? (In reply to Bertrand Jacquin from comment #4) > I am using some hardened flags in the kernel (CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR, > CONFIG_SLAB_FREELIST_RANDOM, CONFIG_SLAB_MERGE_DEFAULT, > CONFIG_HARDENED_USERCOPY, CONFIG_SLAB_FREELIST_HARDENED, > CONFIG_REFCOUNT_FULL), should I share it as well ? I have the stack protector stuff enabled (the config names changed recently) but not the other stuff. I'm not going to try that myself though. I don't use -march=native, I wonder if it's a bug relating to that.
