packet-vtp.c seg faults on emerge (log below)




Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge world
2. emerge hits ethereal update
3. compile errors out

Actual Results:

Please reduce CFLAGS to somewhere along the lines of "-O2 -march=pentium4 -pipe" and try again.

Please test 0.10.7.
