apache2 has been updated at www.apache.com to 2.0.52

the current apache2 ebuild is 2.0.51 and the httpd-2.0.51.tar.gz file is no longer available at www.apache.org

httpd-2.0.51.tar.gz is however available at archive.apache.org in the same path

net-www/apache-2.0.51-r1 ebuild needs updating.

portage attempted to fetch httpd-2.0.51.tar.gz from
http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/

failed..

Expected Results:  
should fetch httpd-2.0.51.tar.gz from http://archive.apache.org/dist/httpd/
