As an aside I have recently rebuilt another machine,& the problem is not with that mcahine,also it does not have se linux installed,as that is the only differing setup,it might be an indicator. The summary states you are using a no-multilib config, but your profile has multilib enabled. How exactly have you disabled multilib? In any case, baselayout is erroring out because SYMLINK_LIB is set to "yes" in your profile, but /lib is not a symlink. You must have done something to cause that. I have exactly the same problem i follow the sakaki efi install guide. I am use a multilib stage 3 install.
