The ebuild for apache 2.0.51 does not work, because when 2.0.52 was released, the URI for 2.0.51 source code changed. The apache mirrors moves the sources to archive directories before gentoo even unmasked the 2.0.52 version.

Expected Results:  
Include the URI to the archive directory, so that, if a new version of the httpd
already exists, portage will try the other location.
