It seems me, that I have to extract additionally bluez-5.50.tar.xz to e.g. /usr/src. Then I can call: meshctl -c /usr/src/bluez-5.50/mesh . 'meshctl -c /usr/src/bluez-5.50/mesh' runs now without complaining, but nodes based on Blue Gecko chips from Silicon Labs are not detected.
