Ebuild for Kaffeine 0.5 rc1
This is in CVS now.
Arches that previously worked ("~ppc ~sparc ~amd64") need to test and set KEYWORDS if it works. Sending Bug on to ppc.
Are there any particular reason (features or dependency) why it wouldn't that you know of? Added to ~ppc. No, but 0.5 seems to be a rewrite of major parts of the application so I thought it may be useful to do a quick test on each arch before enabling it. DEPEND = ">=media-libs/xine-lib-_rc5" From the main page it says "Requirements: xine-lib 1.0rc4 (recommended: rc6a) and KDE 3.2" The dependency for xine-lib is right, but the dependency for KDE should be bumped to 3.2 from 3.1 Added ~sparc keyword. main page is not right :) hehe. when kaffeine started for the first time it requests lib-xine_rc5. Looks like absinthe got this on the 17th This Bug is fixed since some time. RC2 is now out - bumping should work. It includes a security fix: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69663 rc2 is available in portage since Nov. 8. In the future please don't reopen an existing bug but rather report a new bug for new Versions. |
