iptables 1.8.0 added drop-in replacements for arptables and ebtables. This matter produces at least a merge file collision conflict on /sbin/{eb,arp}tables if the latter packages are installed. when adding such blockers, reverse dependencies should not be forgotten ;) see e.g. bug #660944 sidenote: maybe postpone this issue until mainline discussion at https://marc.info/?l=netfilter&m=153121201519080&w=2 comes to a settlement.. Reproducible: Always
