Greetings!
 
I've attached an ebuild for PEAR-Net_Socket-1.0.1.  Net_Socket is a PEAR module
for PHP.  It enables PHP apps to interface to TCP sockets.

This belongs in dev-php/PEAR-Net_Socket.  The package depends on virtual/php.

The ebuild depends on a new license - PHP-2.02.  I've attached PHP-2.02, which
belongs in /usr/portage/licenses.

The ebuild was mostly copied from PEAR-Log-1.1.ebuild, is very simple, and works
for me.

PHP-2.02

This is a copy of the PHP license, version 2.02.  It was downloaded directly
from http://www.php.net/license/2_02.txt and should go in
/usr/portage/licenses.

Long overdue. The license is actually already set as the current PHP license, 
so I mod'd the ebuild to just reference the PHP license.
